| Rick
earned his bachelors degree in Civil Engineering from the University
of Toledo. He served as past President of the American Council
of Engineering Companies (Toledo) and is a member of the Toledo
Association of Engineers and American Society of Highway Engineers.
Rick leads all aspects of DGL’s transportation group
and serves as project manager on its more challenging project
assignments. His vast experience includes project manager and
chief roadway designer for numerous projects including the
Ohio Department of Transportation’s I-280 widening and
U.S. 20/State Route 420 Interchange projects, several of the
Ohio Turnpike Commission’s 3-lane widening projects and
the I-75/CR-95 connector road in Hancock County. His skills
in management, roadway and drainage design are applied to both
urban and rural highways, as well as metropolitan street projects.
Mr. McGuckin also has experience in the design of a wide variety
of stormwater management systems. As DGL’s QA/QC Officer,
Rick administers the firm’s in-house policy. |
