Jeff joined DGL in 2022 and brings over 30 years of experience with all aspects of bridge and road design for ODOT and other public entities. Jeff has served as a project manager and lead designer for over 240 projects, including new and rehabilitated bridge projects, roadway reconstruction and widening projects, and multi-use paths and walk projects. Jeff’s projects include working for clients from ODOT, the Ohio Turnpike, County Engineers and Commissioners, municipalities, townships, park districts, and private developers. He is very familiar with numerous funding sources through both state and federal agencies. Jeff also performs construction administration services for bridge and roadway projects and has been involved in structural engineering for buildings, retaining walls, and water treatment plant structures.
