All full-time employees are eligible for medical benefits. Our medical package includes health, prescription, vision, life, short and long-term disability, as well as options for dental, critical illness, and cancer insurance. DGL pays employee health insurance premiums, plus 40 percent of eligible dependent premiums. We also make quarterly contributions to an HSA, regardless of employee contributions.

Full-time, well-rounded civil/structural engineer to enhance the qualifications of our rapidly expanding Development Division. As a multi-disciplinary engineering and survey firm, success in this position will require the ability to coordinate all aspects of a project beyond the structural discipline.
