A construction partner enlisted the services of DGL to assist with the design and layout of the Schuetz Container 76,000-SF warehouse expansion in Perrysburg. DGL was responsible for the environmental site assessment and ALTA survey services. Working directly with Schuetz, our site design concept included building elevations and renderings in an effort to obtain zoning approval for the proposed expansion.

A key feature of this project was to design an aerial easement. DGL worked with the City of Perrysburg and Schuetz Container in order to be granted the first aerial easement (bridge) by the City over a public roadway. This bridge was needed to convey the finished products from the existing manufacturing facility to the warehousing facility where they are staged for shipment.
