Horseshoe Bend Developers contracted DGL to assist in the development of the last phases of the Horseshoe Bend residential subdivision. The project involved the development of 24, 12, and 17 lots in Plats 10, 11, and 12 of the original 58.46-acre parcel located south of Roachton Road east of the Perrysburg High School in the City of Perrysburg. The Preliminary Plat prepared by R. D. Zande dated back to 2002. DGL’s scope of work included renewing the preliminary plat with the City of Perrysburg, topographic survey to gather the as-built information from the prior plats and to provide the existing site information for design, site design for the roads, drainage, sanitary, water and service laterals for the utilities to the individual lots, construction staking/layout and final record plat.
