United Technologies International brought in DGL to perform the required survey tasks for the Oregon Clean Energy Center 24” Pipeline project. DGL’s responsibilities included boundary surveys, draft easements and exhibits, topographic surveys, floodplain surveys, construction layout and record all data necessary for as-built locations of the installed pipeline.

Project Highlights

  • Along the pipeline corridor, DGL surveyed 27 sections and calculated boundaries for 172 parcels. This survey work was the basis for exhibits and descriptions for all of the permanent and temporary easements.

  • DGL performed layout of the pipeline corridor and the center line of the pipeline. The firm also collected the required as-built data for the 23 miles of constructed pipeline.

  • The boundary survey was the basis of developing the 23-mile long pipeline corridor.
