DGL provided resident engineering and project inspection for this bridge replacement. Our team was responsible for scheduling and administrating pre-construction and progress project meetings; recording daily activities, quantities, contractor’s equipment and on site personnel; reviewing/updating contractors’ CPM schedule; maintaining/monitoring shop drawing submittals; reviewing/approving change orders; reviewing/approving pay requests prior to submitting to County/ODOT; and monitoring overall project budget. The team also coordinated and reviewed with subconsultants to ensure all material testing were in accordance with the ODOT LPA requirements and specifications. Total construction cost was $1.02 million.
