For Immediate Release: DGL ADDS FOUR NEW PRINCIPALS TO THE FIRM

DGL Consulting Engineers, LLC, located in Maumee and Wauseon, Ohio, is excited to officially announce the addition of four new principals to the firm: Josh O’Neil, RJ Lumbrezer, Bob Bailey and Ron Guiliani.

DGL’s Managing Principal, Laurie L. Adams, PE, PTOE, PTP stated, “Each has a unique background with diverse experiences, a high level of commitment to our clients and a desire to continue DGL’s legacy, making them strong assets to the firm and the clients we serve”.

Joshua J. O’Neil, PE, CPESC Josh joined DGL in 1999 and has 20 years of experience. He is a Senior Project Manager on the Facility/Site Development Team and leads the firm’s Parks and Recreation sector. Josh earned his BSCE from The University of Toledo in 1999 and is a Professional Engineer in Ohio. He is also a Certified Professional in Erosion and Sediment Control (CPESC).

RJ Lumbrezer, PS RJ joined DGL in 2012 and has 34 years of surveying experience. He leads the firm’s Survey Team and is one of the Wauseon office leaders. RJ obtained his Professional Surveyor license in 1999. He is also prequalified with the Ohio Department of Transportation as a Certified Right of Way Reviewer and Designer.

Robert W. Bailey, PE, LEED AP BD+C Bob joined DGL in 2012 and has 23 years of site development experience. He is a Senior Project Manager on the Facility/Site Development Team and is one of the Wauseon office leaders. Bob earned a BSCE (1994) and MSCE (1995) from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. He is a Professional Engineer in the states of Ohio, Kentucky, Indiana, Illinois and Michigan. Bob also holds the LEED AP BD+C credential.

Ronald P. Guiliani, PE, PMP Ron joined DGL in 2015 and has 31 years of experience. He is the Director Facility/Site Development and is also involved in developing diversification strategies for the firm. He earned a BSCE (Structural) from Michigan Technological University (1988) and is a Professional Engineer in Ohio, Michigan and West Virginia. Ron also is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP).
