Benefits
All full-time employees are eligible for medical benefits. Our medical package includes health, prescription, vision, life, short and long-term disability, as well as options for dental, critical illness, and cancer insurance. DGL pays employee health insurance premiums, plus a percentage of eligible dependent premiums. We also make quarterly contributions to employee Health Savings Accounts, regardless of employee contributions.
We offer an impressive Traditional and Roth 401k Plan. All full-time employees are eligible for retirement savings plan benefits. As a Safe Harbor company, DGL contributes 3% of an employee’s salary into their selected retirement savings plan. This 3% is provided regardless of the employee’s contributions.
We strongly believe in professional development and encourage technical and educational activities. DGL provides paid time off to take necessary examinations for professional licensure and certifications. We will pay for continuing education to maintain licenses and certifications. DGL encourages our team members to actively participate in technical and professional societies, paying employee annual dues and participation fees. All full-time employees are eligible for professional development benefits.

DGL encourages career growth through mentorship, paid professional development, and clear paths for advancement across disciplines and leadership levels.
Workload can vary due to various factors so a broad generalization would not be an effective answer. We encourage open communication, monitor workloads and make adjustments when needed to protect employees from burnout because happy teams do the best work.
Some positions may qualify for a hybrid schedule or work from home (WFM) schedule depending on a variety of factors. These decisions are made on a case-by-case basis. Most roles are in-office or field-based.
