DGL Consulting Engineers regrets to share the passing of former partner, friend and colleague Gary Long, 76, on October 5, 2014. Gary joined Dansard-Grohnke-Long, Ltd, (now DGL) in 1964 and was named a Principal in 1976. He eventually served as Chairman/President, officially retiring in 2012 after 48 years of service. Gary leaves behind his wife Lynne, daughter Catherine (Robert Lonsway), sons Stephen (Renee) and Jeffrey (Kim), brother Willis, and 11 grandchildren. DGL shares in the Long family's grief and wishes to express deepest condolences to his wife, children and the rest of the family. He was an important member of the DGL family and will be missed by all.

A memorial service will be held to celebrate Gary’s life on Saturday, October 11 at Collingwood Presbyterian Church, 2108 Collingwood Boulevard, Toledo. Visitation with the family will begin at 1:00, with the service to follow at 2:00.
