Terra State Community College partnered with developer University Housing Solutions (UHS) on “The Landings at Terra Village” student housing project. UHS enlisted DGL’s services for surveying and site/civil engineering for the four-story, 94,120 SF, 200-room student housing building with retail and office space. We performed the complete topographic survey as well as being responsible for; the design, layout and grading of the new parking lot and sidewalks, sanitary and water service to the building, design of the storm sewer and storm water treatment. We also assisted UHS with submitting documents and obtaining the necessary approvals and permits from the City of Fremont. The housing facility is on the west side of Terra's campus, which is scheduled to open by fall 2018.
