The DGL family is so proud of Tom Brown (our Client Relations Manager) as he is being named one of the 2014 Veterans of the Year! We are thankful to all who serve and have served our country, and are especially proud of Tom, a very well-respected friend and associate. He will be recognized on Saturday (May 17, 2014) as one of the ‘Veterans of the Year’ at Findlay’s Armed Forces Day Celebration! Tom enlisted in the Marine Corps in 1964 and received orders for Vietnam in 1965. He was honorably discharged with the Purple Heart Award for combat injury in September 1968. He also received the National Defense Award, Marine Good Conduct Award as well as the Vietnam Campaign awards, along with many other military honors!

Tom and the other distinguished honorees will be celebrated at the Hancock County Fairgrounds at 8:30 a.m. Saturday morning. All are invited to attend this breakfast recognition program, awards for Hancock County Veteran of the Year and Soldier of the Year.
