DGL's Rick McGuckin To Speak About The Planning and Design Process Of The New Diverging Diamond Interchange

Toledo’s ASCE (American Society of Civil Engineers) invited Mike Gramza, PE and Rick McGuckin, PE, CPESC to speak on October 19th about the Planning and Design Process of the Diverging Diamond Interchange (DDI) at the interchange of S.R. 25 and I-475/U.S.23 in Perrysburg. This $8 million project sold this summer, with the anticipation of construction beginning this fall. Mike Gramza is the Planning and Engineering Administrator for ODOT D2 and Rick McGuckin is DGL’s Director of Transportation. The pair  also presented on this topic at the OTEC Conference at the Greater Columbus Convention Center!
