National Work Zone Awareness Week (NWZAW) is an annual campaign held each spring to encourage safe driving through highway work zones. The theme for 2025, "Respect the Zone So We Can All Go Home," underscores the serious consequences that can result from speeding or distracted driving near active construction areas. This week serves as a valuable reminder for everyone as construction season begins ramping up across the United States.

Designing with Safety in Mind

From Traffic Control Plans (TCP) and Maintenance of Traffic Plans (MOT) to the discussion of carefully considered items during preconstruction safety meetings. Taking a proactive approach helps reduce hazards.
