R. J. Lumbrezer, P.S. joined DGL Consulting Engineers earlier this year as the firm’s Survey Manager. A former employee of the Ohio Department of Transportation’s District 2 Office, R. J. brings to DGL 27 years of experience in professional surveying and right of way design. Transportation Alternatives Program Application Available

The Toledo Metropolitan Area Council of Governments (TMACOG) has announced that application packets are now available for federal Transportation Alternatives Program funds (formerly Transportation Enhancements). This program is for communities in Lucas and Wood Counties, and applications will be accepted from local government entities, park districts, regional transportation authorities, transit agencies, natural resource or public land agencies, and (for certain project categories) public schools and school districts. While nonprofits cannot apply directly, a local government department can apply on their behalf.

Barb received her Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from The University of Toledo in 1982. She is a registered Professional Engineer in the State of Ohio and a member of both the Institute of Transportation Engineers and the International Municipal Signal Association.
