Crossroads SR 795 Commercial / Industrial Park

Choice Properties contracted DGL to assist in the development of a recently purchased 58.79 acres property at the southeast corner of Crossroads Parkway and State Route 795 in Rossford. DGL’s scope of work included an ALTA/NSPS survey for the purchase of the property and financing of the project; topographic survey to provide existing site information for design, a Traffic Impact Study to determine the access available to serve the property, and preliminary wetland determination. DGL collaborated with Choice Properties to market the site to prospective end users and to determine the sequencing of public improvements necessary for development. DGL also assisted the City in leveraging the existing City-owned pond to provide water quality treatment and stormwater retention for this development, as well as for some adjacent developed and undeveloped properties.
