DGL performed an ALTA/NSPS Land Title Survey for Tetra Tech in support of the Kent State Solar Project. The purpose of the survey was to document existing site conditions, locate visible improvements and site features, and gather the information necessary to support project planning, design, and land title requirements.
The services were completed using UAS technology alongside traditional survey methods. This approach allowed for efficient collection of site information across the project area while traditional field survey methods were used to establish control, recover boundary evidence, and validate critical survey data. The combination of drone mapping and conventional survey techniques helped provide a thorough and dependable base for the ALTA/NSPS survey. The resulting survey data was used to assist the client with project development and title-related needs.
