DGL provided construction administration services for the improvement of two miles of urban roadway for the City of Maumee. Our responsibilities included overseeing the day-to-day construction work and administration activities. To ensure the project was constructed in accordance with plans and specifications and remained on schedule, DGL facilitated regular construction progress meetings and prepared monthly progress reports for the City of Maumee. In addition, we oversaw testing of materials used on the project; assessed the need for changes to the contract documents; evaluated and gave recommendations for approval of contractors’ payment requests to the City; and in coordination with the City, prepared the paperwork required for submission to ODOT.
