DGL was contracted by the project’s architect (Normand and Associates) to prepare site improvement construction plans of the Perrysburg Street Operations Building. This design incorporated parking areas for visitors and employees, and drainage design to meet current EPA requirements that included a salt storage facility. Utility routing for all private and public utilities was also designed. DGL also performed onsite construction support services and the inspection for the storm sewer, sanitary sewer, and water line installation.
