This 22-lot subdivision project included installation of sanitary sewers, water lines, and storm sewers, along with detention pond and approximately 1,550 feet of public residential roadways. DGL acted as the City’s representative during construction, performing construction inspection of the underground utilities to ensure installation was in accordance with approved construction documents. DGL also represented the City while the contractor worked on the new public roadways within the subdivision. DGL oversaw and documented testing, video inspection, and cleaning of storm sanitary and water systems for the City. Punch list items were inspected so that remedial work was performed in accordance with the construction documents and to the satisfaction of the City Engineer.
