DGL was initially contracted by Beilharz Architects to conduct a Traffic Impact Study (TIS) for the City of Bryan’s Local School District. Following TIS recommendations, the project also included the design of roadway and grading improvements to widen County Road C (between County Road 13 and Markey Drive) and Fountain Grove Drive to accommodate new turn lanes for the Bryan PK-12 school campus. DGL also designed drainage improvements associated with the construction of the new combined middle and high school building. The project involved review of the site plans prepared by the architect, and design and coordination of the site drainage design including the storm sewers, overland flow paths, and detention basin design. Drainage reports were prepared and submitted to the public review agencies for approval. The Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plans were prepared for the site to comply with the Ohio EPA’s NPDES permit.
