Zepf Center Parking Lot Improvements

The Zepf Center, a local non-profit providing behavioral health and vocational services to those with severe and persistent mental illness, enlisted the services of DGL to complete the improvements, maintenance, and repair of their existing parking lots. DGL redeveloped parking facilities which included demolition of existing driveways, islands and pavement, pavement repairs, crack sealing, and sealcoating. We also improved appearance and repurposing of vacant properties, surveyed existing facilities, and assisted with change of use permitting as well as construction administration. A unique attribute of this project included our design to install BioRetention Cells, a stormwater best management practice (BMP), within the islands.
