DGL was contracted by the City to explore a citizen complaint for the intersection of West 2nd Street and Walnut Street. The intersection currently operates as a two-way stop condition with Walnut having the stop control. Traffic counts were obtained, crash records were analyzed, and the four-way stop control warranting process was reviewed. After careful consideration of the existing conditions and the data collected, it was determined that an all-way stop at this intersection was not warranted.
