DGL provided design services to improve the parking lots and sidewalks at the BGSU Library Book Depository site within Levis Commons. Parking lot enhancements included full-depth pavement replacement, concrete curb repairs, sealing, and striping. The project also included the design of a new entry sidewalk and ADA-compliant curb ramps. The design and construction documents were completed and the project advertised for bidding within six weeks of authorization to proceed.
DGL worked under contract with MDA Engineering, preparing the design, specifications, and construction documents, while MDA led the advertising, bidding, and award process.
