The Brands Marina contracted with DGL to continue their ongoing site improvements, including modifications to the 2015 and 2017 plans performed by DGL, as well as future planned work. DGL’s scope included professional survey services and updates to the plans previously prepared to reflect the as-built condition and various other modifications to the project area.
In the past, DGL collaborated to complete concrete walkways and dock decks, foundations for the pool equipment room, and design work for the construction of a new parking lot. New additions included a concession building by the pool, expansion of the existing parking lot, and the construction of a boat storage building.
