DGL was contracted by United Technologies International to perform the required survey tasks for the Oregon Clean Energy Center 24-inch pipeline project. DGL’s responsibilities included boundary surveys, draft easements and exhibits, topographic surveys, floodplain surveys, construction layout, and record all data necessary for as-built locations of the installed pipeline.
Along the pipeline corridor, DGL surveyed 27 sections and calculated boundaries for 172 parcels, forming the basis for exhibits and legal descriptions of all permanent and temporary easements. DGL also performed layout of the pipeline corridor and centerline, and collected as-built data for the full 23 miles of constructed pipeline. The boundary survey provided the foundation for developing the entire 23-mile pipeline corridor.
