Countryside Manor Nursing Care Facility Improvements

Countryside Manor is an 82-bed skilled nursing care facility located in Fremont, Ohio. In addition to long-term care, they also offer short-term rehabilitation and Memory Care services. DGL provided topographic survey, concept plans, a site development plan, and managed architectural design for the Countryside Manor improvement project. The site entrances to the building were enhanced with additional parking at a Physical Therapy entrance and a more clearly defined entry was established at the main entrance from the parking lot. In addition to exterior improvements, DGL designed a wall connecting the two wings of the building at the nurse’s station on the third floor. The nurses can now see patients in both wings through windows in the wall, while maintaining secured access.
