DGL performed Topographic/Existing Conditions base mapping along 2,200 linear feet of Court Avenue to include nine intersecting roads to create a 1’ contour surface model. Asbuilt records were combined with utility markings, field investigation, City GIS portal, and Ohio Utility Protection Service (OUPS) information to map complex underground infrastructure. Using public records research and field boundary efforts, existing right of way limits were established for the project corridor and intersecting roadways. Survey control and benchmarks throughout the project corridor for use during subsequent construction phases.
