DGL was hired by Glenn Badenhop and other property owners to prepare a traffic impact study for development of the Liberty Entertainment District project in Liberty Center, Ohio. The proposed development included restaurants, specialty retail, recreation fields, and a hotel. The study was prepared to determine the main access to the site and to determine what impacts could be expected at the US 24/SR 109 interchange.

Recommendations included turn lanes at SR 109 Daum Drive and monitoring of the interchange area for potential capacity issues. With the recent construction of the US 24 / SR 109 interchange in 2012, the general area was expected to undergo development beyond the study.
