DGL assisted Ground Solutions in the extension of Old Range Drive in the Fallen Timbers Fairways subdivision to create eight lots for Plat VII. The 5.78-acre site is located within a golf course community in Monclova Township. Scope of services included topographic survey to provide existing site information for design, site design for the subdivision based on the preliminary plat previously approved by Monclova Township, and Final Record Plat.
