Gentle Caring Dentistry Site Planning

Hoty Builders engaged DGL to assist with site preparation for the Gentle Caring Dentistry project. Hoty developed approximately 1.5 acres for the 6,000-square-foot dental office. During the initial phase, DGL developed preliminary site and zoning plans, detailing the building, dumpster pad, sidewalks, preliminary utilities, ADA-compliant parking, signage dimensions and placement, landscape buffers, and a 30-foot roadway easement. Phase 2 consisted of boundary and topographic survey, parcel legal description, and a 30-foot access easement description. DGL provided the construction documents for Phase 3, which entailed the final site layout, utilities, stormwater management, grading, specification, and the soil erosion and sedimentation control plan.
