The GROB Sales and Engineering Building expansion consisted of a 45,918-square-foot, three-story facility featuring an open floor plan and flexible workspace. DGL provided the topographic survey as well as the engineering/construction documents for the project including grading, layout, utilities, stormwater management, and drainage calculations.
