Horseshoe Bend Developers contracted DGL to assist with the final phases of the Horseshoe Bend residential subdivision. The project included the development of 24, 12, and 17 lots in Plats 10, 11, and 12 of the original 58.46-acre parcel, located south of Roachton Road and east of Perrysburg High School in the City of Perrysburg. The preliminary plat for the subdivision dated back to 2002. DGL’s scope of services included renewing the preliminary plat with the City of Perrysburg, topographic survey to gather the as-built information from the prior plats and to provide the existing site information for design, site design for the roads, drainage, sanitary, water and service laterals for the utilities to the individual lots, construction staking/layout, and final record plat.
