Maumee Pointe Assisted Living | Memory Care Facility

DGL collaborated with a local contractor to complete the civil engineering portion of the Maumee Pointe project, an assisted living and memory care community. DGL’s services included boundary and topographic survey, site/civil construction documents, a Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan (SWP3), construction administration and a landscape plan. DGL also provided an alternate design for consideration of an additional parking area. Having previously performed survey work at this site, our familiarity proved highly beneficial to our project partner and helped streamline the project schedule.
