Meadows on the Bay

Consolidated RV Holdings, Inc. contracted DGL to complete the street and lot designs for the Meadows on the Bay campground in Danbury Township, Ohio. The existing streets were extended to maximize the lots before entering the wetlands adjacent to the development. An area for the community center and pool was also provided and rough graded within the plans. DGL’s scope of services included topographic survey; site design for the extension of the drives, sanitary mains, and service laterals; sanitary lift station design; connecting water main design; and electrical services to provide service hook-ups for the additional camping sites.
