The intersection of Stitt and Waterville-Monclova Road in Monclova Township was evaluated for appropriate traffic control, and it was determined a single lane modern roundabout was the most suitable application. DGL’s roundabout design included new asphalt and concrete pavement, curb and gutter, drainage improvements, earthwork, pavement markings, and signing for the project.
