United Technologies International engaged DGL to perform survey services for the Oregon Clean Energy Center 24-inch Pipeline project. DGL’s scope of services included boundary, topographic, and floodplain surveys; drafting easements and exhibits; construction layout; and collection of as-built data for the 23-mile pipeline. Along the corridor, DGL surveyed 27 sections, calculated boundaries for 172 parcels, and provided the basis for all permanent and temporary easements while laying out the pipeline centerline and documenting installed conditions.
