The Ridge/Willard Streets Roadway Lighting project consisted of widening Willard and Ridge Streets to improve vehicular traffic flow and installing new lighting along both streets to enhance visibility for drivers and pedestrians. The Ridge Street portion of the project required careful consideration of the existing utility tunnel located directly beneath the pedestrian walkway. This project also included new lighting for the extension of Willard Street to Poe Road, and new parking lot lighting for the expansion of parking lot 5.
