DGL assisted Safe Harbor Development by providing topographic and boundary surveys, construction layout, and site development plans for a 24-building storage condominium facility.
Our client aimed to offer a variety of storage condominium units with amenities such as lofts, insulation, and heating to the Lakeside Marblehead community. Each of the 24 buildings typically contained two to four individual units. The site’s flat terrain made development straightforward, and our field team encountered no issues throughout the project.
