DGL completed the boundary survey and lot split for the Owens-Illinois (OI) parcel in Perrysburg, including research and field location of survey monumentation, calculation of existing and proposed boundaries, placement of property pins, and preparation of the survey plat and legal documentation. Additionally, a construction partner engaged DGL to assist with the design and layout of the Schuetz Container 76,000‑square foot warehouse expansion in Perrysburg.

DGL was responsible for the environmental site assessment and ALTA survey services. Working directly with Schuetz, our site design concept included building elevations and renderings in an effort to obtain zoning approval for the proposed expansion.

A key feature of this project was the design of an aerial easement. DGL worked with the City of Perrysburg and Schuetz Container in order to be granted the first aerial easement (bridge) by the City over a public roadway. This bridge was needed to convey the finished products from the existing manufacturing facility to the warehousing facility where they are staged for shipment. DGL prepared a re-plat to submit to the City to alter the existing Subdivision Plat with the proposed Spafford Drive right-of-way location. DGL also performed full topographic survey of the existing right-of-way of Spafford Drive, Fort Meigs Road, North Wilkerson Way, the OI proposed property and split area, and the Schuetz Container property necessary to tie into existing building and site improvements. The project also required an ALTA/NSPS survey.
