Swan Creek Crossing Assisted Living Facility

Swan Creek Crossing is a senior housing community in the Village of Swanton. DGL worked with an architectural partner to complete the civil engineering components for the new facility. Our scope consisted of an ALTA/NSPS and topographic survey, as well as the the civil engineering drawings for grading and drainage, site layout, and site utilities including gas, electrical, telephone, and TV services. We were responsible for all applicable zoning, codified and utility requirements for the project and ensured compliance.
