The Landings at Terra Village

Terra State Community College partnered with developer University Housing Solutions (UHS) on “The Landings at Terra Village” student housing project. UHS enlisted DGL for the surveying and site/civil engineering for their new four-story, 94,120-square-foot student housing building. The building included 200 rooms along with integrated retail and office space. DGL completed the full topographic survey and was responsible for all civil design, including the layout and grading of the new parking lot and sidewalks, the sanitary and water service connections, and the design of the storm sewer and stormwater treatment. We also assisted UHS with submitting documents and obtaining the necessary approvals and permits from the City of Fremont. The housing facility is on the west side of Terra's campus, and opened in 2018.
