Toledo Electrical Joint Apprenticeship Training Committee Office Expansion

DGL provided survey, site, and structural engineering services for the 3,000-square-foot building addition to existing office space. Topographic survey services included utility and drainage structures, overhead and underground utilities, existing pavement/curb, and site elevations. DGL prepared site plans, utility plan, storm water management design including drainage calculations, construction documents for permitting and bidding, as well as an erosion control plan designed in accordance with Ohio EPA standards. DGL also provided structural design and construction drawings for the building structure, foundation, gradewalls, and floor slab for the new expansion.
