DGL was hired to review a Traffic Impact Study for a Proposed Retail Development in Mentor, Ohio. The project consisted of retail, restaurants, and a grocery store with four proposed access points. Two signalized access points were proposed, as well as two additional access points. The study was checked for conformity with industry-wide requirements and procedures. DGL’s findings included additional comments/actions for consideration. Additionally, DGL met with neighboring businesses to discuss their access as it was directly affected by the proposed project.
