The Gateway project was a joint venture development on The University of Toledo’s property. It involved demolishing a bank and its parking lot to make way for a multi-use facility, featuring commercial spaces on the ground floor and student housing on the upper levels. DGL was responsible for survey, legal descriptions, and civil design, including demolition plans, utility design, grading, and site layout. DGL met UT’s aggressive schedule while accommodating construction phasing during summer months.
