Village Pavement Conditions Assessment

DGL was engaged by the Village of Hicksville to evaluate the condition of more than 10 miles of asphalt roadway within the Village limits. The recent sewer separation project within the Village had created numerous pavement cuts and repairs of the Village streets. The Village requested an unbiased rating of the current street conditions so future pavement rehabilitations could be addressed in a systematic and cost-effective approach. In addition to an existing condition ranking, DGL’s report recommended types of repairs and estimated costs for such repairs. DGL was also able to address the Village’s concerns for matching drainage structures, ramps, and driveways throughout the community.
