City Pavement Evaluation and Resurfacing

DGL performed the assessment of existing conditions of the 150+ miles of asphalt and jointed concrete roadway within the corporation limits. The City wanted to obtain an unbiased rating of the current street conditions so future pavement rehabilitations and/or preventative maintenance could be addressed in a systematic and cost-effective approach. In addition to an existing condition ranking, our report recommended types of repairs as well as estimated costs for such repairs. The method used by DGL for assessment and ranking of the City streets was in accordance with ODOT’s 2006 Manual – Pavement Conditions Rating System.
