Jerry is a licensed Professional Surveyor with experience dating back to 2007. He joined DGL in 2022, was elected principal in 2025, and has continued to demonstrate a proven track record of effective project leadership, office management, and technical expertise. Jerry is a technical expert in delivering professional land surveying services, collaborating with cross-functional project teams to develop comprehensive project proposals, scopes of work, schedules, and budgets for aerial, terrestrial, and hydrographic surveys. Jerry has an extensive history working with ODOT, OTIC, local municipalities, park districts, counties, contractors, and private developers for successful project planning, execution, and delivery. Jerry was a professional speaker at the 2022 Ohio Transportation and Engineering Conference (OTEC) as well as the 2024 Purdue Road School on the topic of "Surveying in Today's AEC World." Additionally, he brings valuable experience as a military veteran, having served in the U.S. Army for eleven years.
