Josh joined DGL in 1999 with a primary focus on roadway design, site design, and construction observation. Josh was named principal in 2019. He is familiar with all facets of engineering plans, ranging from initial master planning to geometric design and utility coordination. He is extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of stormwater management practices, including stormwater quality treatment, quantity treatment, post-construction drainage design, and the SWP3 process. He is familiar with design software such as AutoCAD, Civil3D, Hydroflows Hydrographs, Hydroflows Storm Sewers, and Microsoft Office. He understands the requirements needed to successfully complete a variety of different project types, including site development, transportation, parks and recreation, utility installation, and pavement management. He has extensive experience utilizing both the design-bid-build and design-build process. Josh fully recognizes the coordination efforts required between private developers and public agencies and understands the required steps to delivering a successful project.
